Here are the latest numbers in early election returns. We begin with the race for President and electoral votes.

The ballot question on expanding home rule is
splitting New Hampshire voters today and prompting questions.
If approved, the amendment would allow cities and towns to pass
laws in areas not covered by state laws. Where state and local laws
conflict, state law would take precedence.
The New Hampshire Municipal Association, which represents most
of the state's 234 communities, has endorsed the change. Critics
fear it will produce conflicting regulations from town to town.
